Grab your running partner and get ready for one of the most fun and fast-paced evenings in the local racing calendar....

We are pleased to invite you to take part in the 2026 edition of the Windlesham Pairs Relay 10K.

The event takes place on Thursday 14th May with a 7pm start.

We are grateful to Windlesham Field Of Remembrance, for letting us use their facilities for the event, and our event sponsors, Sheerwater Glass Ltd, for their support.

The Relay Format

This is a Pairs Relay event
• Teams of two
• 1km laps
• Each runner completes five laps
• Alternating laps throughout
• Total distance per team: 10K

You’ll hand over to your teammate after every kilometre, keeping the pace high and the atmosphere electric. Expect cheering, strategy, and plenty of competitive spirit.  

The Course

The race takes place at the Windlesham Field of Remembrance, Kennel Lane, ​Windlesham, Surrey, ​GU20 6DT
The running surface is a mixture of grass, woodland trail and footpaths, away from roads and entirely traffic free. The route of the lap is clearly signed and marshalled too.

It’s accessible, exciting to watch, and perfect for club rivalries, friends, families, and mixed ability pairings.

• Mixed Pairs

Who Can Enter?

• Open to runners aged 12+
• All abilities welcome
• Club runners and unaffiliated runners

Whether you’re chasing a podium or just racing for fun, this event is built around teamwork and atmosphere.

Entry Fees

£14.00 Per Pair   Please note that a £2.00 discount can be applied for each affiliated runner if the EA number is entered at the time of entry.

Entries are limited and this race fills quickly each year.

Agenda for the evening

18:00 Registration Opens. Entrants can collect the race numbers for each runner (A and B).

18:50 Race Briefing. Please ensure both runners in the pair are avaiable to listen to the information given by the run director.

19:00 Race Begins. Runner A starts the first lap with Runner B waiting to handover. The pairs run is completed when both runners have finished 5 laps each of the 1km course.

20:15 Post-run presentations.
